Who are Scissor Sisters Women Only events for?
Scissor Sisters Women Only is an exclusive sapphic space created for Lesbian, Bisexual, Bi-Curious women and Non-Binary females. We also welcome respectful, open-minded swingers and kink-positive individuals.
Our events are curated to prioritise safety, respect, and authenticity within our community.
Why is this space exclusive?
Sapphic spaces are rare and deeply important. Our exclusivity exists to protect our community, foster genuine connection, and allow attendees to express themselves freely without fear of judgment, intrusion, or fetishisation.
What events do you offer?
We offer a variety of events tailored for Lesbian, bisexual, bi-curious women and non-binary females. From social gatherings, private parties to playful explorations, our events are designed to provide a safe, sapphic atmosphere for everyone.
Participation in any activity is always optional. Some guests attend simply to socialise and connect. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
First Time Attending?
Many first-time attendees arrive feeling curious, nervous or a little unsure – you’re not alone. Our events are welcoming, relaxed, and completely pressure-free: no expectations, no judgment.
Socialise, connect, and explore at your own pace, with hosts always on hand to ensure your comfort and safety.
Is it safe to attend events?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We create a welcoming environment where consent is respected, ensuring attendees feel secure while exploring their interests. We uphold strict guidelines for privacy and respect to foster a trusted space for all.
All attendees are manually vetted and must be certified / verified on a lifestyle platform. Scissor Sisters Women Only preferred platform is SpicyMatch, however other platforms are also acceptable.
What behaviour is expected at events?
All attendees are expected to engage with respect, care, and accountability. This includes:
Honouring personal boundaries and consent at all times
Respecting identities and lived experiences
Refraining from harassment, discrimination, or invasive behaviour
Anyone who violates these expectations may be asked to leave without refund.

Are your events swing and kink positive?
Yes. Scissor Sisters Women Only is a sex-positive space that welcomes consensual exploration, including kink and swinging, where explicitly stated in the event description. All interactions must be consensual, respectful, and aligned with the nature of the specific event.
Consent, communication, and personal boundaries are taken seriously at all times. No one is ever expected or pressured to participate beyond their comfort level, and voyeurism, entitlement, or assumption of access is not tolerated.
Please always refer to the individual event listing for details on what is and is not appropriate for that event.
Is there a dress code for events?
For non-themed events, wear something comfortable, respectful, and in keeping with our sex-positive and kink space. Trainers and sportswear are not permitted.
For themed events, dressing to match the theme is encouraged but not mandatory. Trainers and sportswear are not permitted unless stated otherwise.
Check the event listing – attendees not meeting dress expectations may be refused entry to ensure the safety and integrity of the event.
Do I need to bring anything?
No special preparations are needed!
Just bring your curiosity and an open mind. However, feel free to bring any personal items that can help you feel more comfortable, such as kit bag, favourite toy, lube, female dams, squirt blanket etc.
Are showers and toilet facilities available at events?
Shower access and toilet facilities are available at all events. Attendees are welcome to bring their own towel if preferred, however most venues provide towels which may incur a charge, excluding private parties.
Is there somewhere safe to store my belongings?
Yes, lockers are provided at certain venues. Some require a cash deposit, refundable at the end of the event. Private parties do not provide lockers, attendees are responsible for keeping their belongings safe.
Can I bring my male partner?
Our events are exclusive to women and non-binary females to create a safe, sapphic space. We love that you want to share the experience, but male partners aren’t able to attend.
Will food and drinks be provided at events?
Absolutely, depending on the event and venue. Some events include one complimentary drink and light nibbles, while others may require you to purchase alcohol, beverages, food or snacks directly from the venue.
Certain venues also allow BYOB (bring your own booze). Ensure that you read the event listing for more information as venues do vary.
Do you accept cash or card at venues?
Cash is “Queen”. Some venues accept card payments, but check the event listing for more information, including admission prices, as it can vary by venue.
What is your policy on drugs at events?
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs or any illegal substances at Scissor Sisters Women Only events.
This is to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all attendees. Anyone found in possession or under the influence of illegal substances will be asked to leave immediately, and we reserve the right to refuse future attendance.
Do you have a group chat where attendees can stay connected after the event?
Yes. We maintain a private, women-only group chat exclusively for verified attendees of our events. This ensures the community remains trusted, familiar, and safe for everyone involved.
It’s the perfect place to continue conversations, deepen connections, plan socials, and stay informed about future events and announcements.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward disrespectful behaviour, harassment, drama, drugs, or any illegal activity that compromises the safety, discretion, or comfort of others. Kindness and mutual respect are expected at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any member who breaches these standards to protect the integrity of the space.
